I am a seasoned HR professional with 17+ years of business partnering and leadership experience in diverse industries. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for complex problem-solving, as well as for communications and performance management. Professional focal points include leadership development, business operations, and change management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, negotiation skills, as well as business acumen, employee engagement, talent management expertise, and resource management to support efficiency and maximum productivity.

Currently, I am the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources with i2c Inc. Under my leadership, I pilot the HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Data Analytics and the Learning and Development teams, and manage a team of 30 HR professionals. I also manage the responsibility for hiring over 400 resources annually in Lahore alone, where approximately 80% of overall hired resources are technical (IT, Development, AI, Data Science, Java etc.). In addition, I perform all other responsibilities including compensation and benefits requirements, and strategy and planning divisions, and I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the company’s technological support structure is driving the business forward.

  • Pilot the HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Data Analytics and the Learning and Development teams, and manage a team of 30 plus HR professionals.

  • Lead the strategy for hiring over 500 technical resources annually in Lahore alone, where approximately 80% of overall hired resources are technical (IT, Development, AI, Data Science, Java etc).

  • Perform all additional responsibilities including compensation and benefits requirements, and strategy and planning divisions.

  • Advance development, planning strategies, and coordination techniques to implement dynamic compensation approaches synchronized with market and company targets.

  • Inspect, evaluate, and confirm compliance of all local labor laws including adherence to workplace safety regulations.

  • Offer support and experienced guidance to global teams when required and act as a subject matter expert for talent management.

  • Supervise and monitor strategic direction and planning for other group companies (Innovative Pvt Ltd and XiQ Inc) Where the former is the market leader in ATM machines and the latter works in the Artificial Intelligence industry.

  • Headed a foreign project with KPK government for electronic voting machines in a live environment.

  • Improved employee satisfaction level from 70% to 94% within 2 years, and decreased requisition to hired time by 50% within 1st year.

  • Retained a 90% plus satisfaction score level while also ensuring a single digit attrition rate for 5 years running.

  • Reduced expenses to successfully save the company over 5 million PKR in 2019 against 3rd party talent firms by training the existing team.
