A lean day

We start everyday with the thought of some kind of achievement.

Pending, perhaps.

Sometimes the only achievement we aim for is to absolutely nothing.

Even in that there is rest and relaxation that we may have achieved.

I do think thou that unless we can compartmentalize portions of our life we cannot have what I call a lean day.

How would I define a lean day – a day which is focused yet does not miss out on the other elements of life.
